Maintain All Site Data and Manpower’s.Planned, Managed, and controlled maintenance budget.Managing all Sites activities related to smooth operation & maintenance of the plant along with close monitoring of solar modules, String Inverters, Central Inverters.Managed preventive maintenance programs as well as identified long term based on KPIs.Responsible for avoided any generation loss & maintaining the highest plant availability & PR that is the main requirement in plant.Preparation of daily & monthly analysis report of generation, Auxiliary consumption, Plant efficiencies Breakdown etc.Planning & implement the preventive& breakdown maintenance schedules for improving overall reliability and Safety.Lead and conduct internal failure analysis and the RCA process, CFR Reports, working closely with Operations and Asset Management Personnel.Investigate under performance issues and develop effective solutions.Diagnose problems with solar electrical components via analyses of data and performance, troubleshooting, and equipment inspections.Daily analysis the soil losses data.Ensuring JMR submission and invoicing for designated sites in time with coordination with authorities.Track and review the improvement in performance of the site based on actions taken at sites like schedule for tilting & cleaning of modules (Robotics & Wet Cleaning), proactive / preventive / predictive maintenance actions at site.Maintaining the CUF, PR, limiting the auxiliary consumption, ensuring the availability of generation system (Inverters, Transformers, HT/LT switchgear etc.Ability to deal with vendors smoothly.Working more efficiently and productively so that max. output comes.Planning & scheduling assignments to achieve pre-set goals within time parameters. Responsible for all sites related activities.Ensuring the Contractual Obligation tracker is being followed timely at site.Ensuring the Calibration & Testing is being followed timely at site.
