Regional, hotel and governmental reports are compiled accurately and submitted in a timely manner.• Monitors and ensures that hotel licenses are renewed on time.• Administers and renews insurance policies.• Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.• Assists with the preparation of the annual Finance Business Plan ensuring divisional objective fully address business objective of the hotel and need of employee.• Assists with the preparation and regular update of the finance departmental budget and ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.• To monitor all costs and recommend measure to control them. To establish an integrated cost management plan through product lining, minimal inventories, and joint procurement with sister hotels.•
