Major M&A projects includes deals of Invensys for €3.9 billion in January 2014. Invensys is a global technology company, market leader in software, systems and controls - 10,000+ people in 180 countries.My major responsibilities to :-Ensure a smooth handover from due diligence to PMI, working closely with my Corporate Development team members during the deal phase.-Maintain M&A Post Merger Acquisition Performance Dashboard and other key management resources including business process ownership and risk management.> Lead and “quarterback” the overall PMI effort, including: Ensure the whole fits together coherently and seamlessly Resolve cross-functional or corporate-BU issues (or escalate when required)>Own key aspects of PMI Define minimum integration requirements for each integration and ensure they are met Co-own the change management plan.> Create and foster a PMI community across the company. Engage and leverage the PMI community and corporate functions across the globe. Ensure full alignment throughout the extended PMI network.>Own the PMI playbook (approach and tools) Lead the continuous improvement of the playbook based on input from all PMI communities as well as responsible for the diffusion/training of the playbook to other functions / BUs.> Feed lessons learned after each new integration back into the deal process and develop a plan to scale PMI to deal with larger transactions.

Great experience in building R&D center from ground zero to large multicultural teams.Part of founding management team of the center where I was responsible for building India R&D center aiming to be a global technology hub for the Schneider-Electric product development acceleration .I can proudly say that I was fortunate enough to get this opportunity and discovered myself with several successes and failures, lots of hard work we did together to hire & retain the team with challenging opportunities . Currently, the center houses several thousand engineering teams to support global product, solution development capabilities, and the rest of the other services.Some of my notable accomplishments: ->Please note all these activities are running as a separate business reporting to global business and fully operational BU's. ->Setting up Customer Software business -(Sales digital tools ) ->Setting up an HMI development team in India for global sales capabilities. ->Setting up MES(Manufacturing Execution Systems) competencies of product development (Ampla)as well as Global solution center. Built a truly global team of domain experts, Sales excellence teams from South Africa, Brisbane, Brazil and other global locations. Managed and led the team responsible of porting of exisiting Ultrasound system to embeded XP Operating system on SYNGO platform VE10A.The product was the DICOM-based hospital-wide product that used high-performance proprietary hardware to display and play up to 32 medical multi-frame images simultaneously.Played various role during development.
