Motivate and train staff with the latest technology within the company policies and procedures of Blackberry. My duties are to ensure that the all staff are well trained on the features and benefits of Blackberry Handheld Smartphone’s. Carriers focused are Vodacom, Mtn, Nashua Mobile, Autopage, Cell C and retail stores as well as countries in Africa (Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana) with the respective carriers. Merchandising of stores namely point of sale and tariffs are updated regularly. Building relationships with the Franchisees, Store Managers, Corporate clients and staff is of vital importance that is undertaken.Assisting with corporate clients and staff issues when queries do arise and maintaining high level of service and support.

Strong organisational, management, marketing and training skills was required in my combination role of management of the 4 Regional airport rental kiosks, devising and implementing effective marketing strategies and training all staff.
