Developed and mantained Verizon's core business application, Retail COFEE. Application has user base of around 40k and holds the billing and ordering information of Verizon's 35 million telephone customers. Started maintaining the application written by Microsoft in Visual Basic and then later on upgraded to .Net. Acted as Team Lead for the large group of application developers and implemented many major and minor releases.
