As a Project Manager handling a team for .net core offshore Web API based project

My primary responsibility is to manage both headquarters and field staff, communicate with clients, and develop applications based on their requirements.I was honored to receive an award from the company for successfully implementing CRM at the Kunvarji group level.I created applications for lab management, warehousing, billing, and procurement utilizing .NET, C#, and SQL Server.Additionally, I implemented the Salesforce CRM module for marketing at the group level for employees.

I began my role as a manager with the primary objective of implementing warehousing software for our dry and cold storage warehouses, handling both Non-NCDEX and NCDEX stocks.Gradually, I expanded the implementation to include funding based on Warehouse Receipt and WDRA Receipt, as well as integrating functionalities for lab management and RSWC warehouses.The main technology stacks utilized include SAP FICO and MM modules, along with ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.I also had the opportunity to audit warehouse stock and oversee a team of approximately 150 warehouse staff members. Additionally, I was responsible for conducting audits at the head office level and managing the IT team.Implemented a group-level CRM application specifically designed for managing ticketing systems.I also received an award in recognition of successfully implementing SAP.

I developed an ERP software tailored for both production and agri warehousing industries. The software was built using ASP.NET, AJAX, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server.I managed a team of approximately 20 members responsible for development, deployment, and testing.
