Interface with other engineering disciplines or departments, customers and vendors or suppliers to ensure successful development and execution of projects; Review and approve PCT equipment specifications, drawings and other documentation, assist in compiling construction packages.• Develop hardware, software, functional and user specifications for process control systems and associated components; Development of process control and information management strategies through MES. Demonstrated familiarity with industrial control networks and advanced control strategies. Responsible for Cyber security of all Industrial control systems ICS.• Evaluate all PCT aspects of engineering to ensure all project objectives including safety, technical correctness, budget, constructability, schedule, maintainability and operability are met;• Responsible for functional safety life cycle management as per Bayer and IEC61511. Provide Functional Safety support to projects, Process and Plant safety group within Bayer.• Responsible for ISO-9001, 14001 and 18001 documentation defined in Level-II and III.• Responsible for breakdown, repair, proactive repair, productivity support/improvement, inventory control and ALCM though maintenance management in SAP.• Responsible for VOM wherein ACA, FMEA, RCA, calibration management and SIS management through Meridium.
