Troubleshooting through DCS system using various trends. • Work order tracking, Batch finalizing, other production work in ERP-MES. • Maintaining of the production grade yield and reduction of overall down time by continuous maintaining process parameters and proper guidance to team.• Preparing Document change requests, Process parameter Deviation report, Filling process change and management of change in Microsoft SharePoint. • Leading new product trials (PTS), Sample on requirement (SOR), and assigned individual production related projects. • Preparation of Root cause analysis (RCA) for excessive downtime and product rejections. • Performing and maintaining 5S in plant, offices, and performing Monthly 5S Audit and audit assessment.

Regularly checking of 5S, checklists, rectifying issues if mentioned in shift reports and imparting training to all shop floor employees• Creating Root Couse analysis of on hold material in barcode system.• Investigating all unsafe acts, areas of improvement, and imparting awareness to all relevant employees.• Maintain optimum asset utilization.• Strong experience to run polymer compounding line DCS (coperion ZSK92) with high yield ratio.
