All the issues are recorded.• Ensure whether CCP Metal Detector is operating correctly• Ensure finished products are tested for sensory evaluation prior to product release• Inspect and record all the quality documents that is produced in a production day and instruct operator/ Lead Hand to make necessary corrections to get result as per specification• Collect sample as per SOP• Reject and document product that does not meet specifications• Verify weight, temperature, particle size, refractometer test, % moisture determination by Karl Fisher titration, viscosity testing and sieve testing• Check and release finished products• Inspect and record process parameters as per specification• Test and release incoming, in-process, and finished products• Inform management of all quality deviations and participate in corrective action as required• Coordinate samples for contaminant testing and ensure that all tests are executed yearly according to the contaminant testing schedule• Follow laboratory procedures in compliance with company standards

• Implement and supervise quality system as per GMP• Management Representative for implementation of quality system under ISO 9001:2008• Implement and maintain Good Laboratory Practices• Approve all analysis report of incoming Raw & Packing Materials, In-process & Finished Goods and maintain records• Review and approve all Batch Manufacturing Records• Request government inspections and facilitate sampling process• Conduct Consumer Complaint Investigations• Co-ordinate with supplier for any quality issues to resolve• Provide feedback to the management• Verify calibration of testing equipment• Provide solutions to the problem arising in production• Ensure compliance with requirements of the statutory regulations and co-ordinate with FDA• Develop test methods in-house or establish test method as per customer, USP or EP• Assign Acceptable Quality Level of Raw and Packing material and approve specifications• Develop and schedule training to maintain awareness and provide skill to achieve high standard quality• Coordinate samples for contaminant testing and ensure that all tests are executed yearly according to the contaminant testing schedule
