I serve in JNJ as a QA/QC Engineer in JNJ Machines Pvt. Ltd.My Primary duty is to Assure the Quality of Product as well as the process of machining. In my secondary duty, I do the ISO certificaton related activities like TQM, Organisation developement, Vendor management, etc. I am also responsible to plan and carry Internal Auditing activities for the continual improvement of our organisation.

During first few months, I was to monitor shift works; production, quality, maintenance, safety as well as on time delivery. After 1 st half I was involved in QA activities.

To attend , monitor, report and ensure helthy and smooth work in all areas of work.
