Key Responsibility:- Overseeing a cross functional team comprising of BI, Projects, Operations and Insights. Their primary function is to ensure delivery, as per required specifications and deadlines, on new and contracted revenue across service offerings.- For planning, executing and supervising team members tasks and assignments, reviewing progress and evaluating results to ensure that the team meets its deadlines and deliverables.- Carries out capacity planning for team growth and oversees the management of resources and workload ensuring that deliverables and deadlines are met.- Communicates updates, progress and issues to other departments and the broader business as required.- Carries out and completes more complex and detailed ad hoc tasks and projects as relates to the data management cycle.- Troubleshoots and resolves complex ad hoc issues and communicates progress and challenges on an ongoing basis.- Drives an agile approach within the team and leads daily stand up meetings, weekly planning meetings and monthly retrospectives with the Delivery team to:- Identify improvements and strategic work items for the Support Leadership Team.- Trains and mentors new team members by conducting training and assists both new and other team members by providing guidance in the application of skills and knowledge.- Shares learnings and identifies and recommends and implements improvements and changes in the data management process.- Involved in the recruitment process and participates in the interviewing and selection of recruits for the team.- Develop ETL processes using BI Tools such as MS SQL Server Integration Services.- Design, development, and maintenance of BI reporting models using T-SQL queries, Tableau Software and Pyramid Analytics.- Receive data related queries from Client Service Team, Projects Team & Data Visualization Team then investigate issues, identify solutions & resolve as required.

Key Responsibility:- Designing and creating databases and other database objects in line with our company's data warehousing standards to meet client requirements.- Data management process optimization, ongoing productivity refinements and data analytic.- Writing T-SQL queries to investigate the data for troubleshooting database issues when the reporting front end displays errors or inconsistencies, and to check and validate data accuracy and integrity.- Gather , understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.- Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content.-Identify , analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data -Throughout the project process manages the documentation and forwards the specification/s and follows up with the DSA, BI, Insights, Client Success and Innovations team members for additional specifications, approval and sign-off-Communicates progress and challenges on an ongoing basis and escalates only complex issues for resolution.- Engages with the insights team members as required for Tableau reporting requirements.- Manages the project in JIRA and updates and manipulates the project timelines and details.-Troubleshoots and adapts procedures, tools and techniques to accomplish projects tasks and communicates and escalates unusual matters to senior team members across service line delivery teams.-Together with the Client Success or Data Source Automation team participates in clients and data source engagements in order to secure data feeds and routines and resolve queries during the project specification process.
