Sr Software Developer + Scrummaster
CurrentAs a part of this role , currently I am sharing my experience with co-workers, and learning their process, being a part of this company with multiple teams in different parts of the world , the key component is communication and continuous improvement with backlog refinement. listed below are some current every day tasks . 1) Work on different schedule java components.2) Work on customer defects, analysis using DataDog and local debugging , then propose/discuss options to resolve the defect and then fix and release it to the production branch. Also, before release check for violations and Vulnerability using BlackDuck , Checkmarx .3) Insure every new process or missing document is posted on the team's confluence page. If documents exist use it and update it if required for next new team member. 4) As a scrum master schedule meetings for grooming and retro , also make sure all the tickets are updated with the latest status for clarity . start and stop and move tickets of sprint every 2 weeks.5) Facilitate meeting between devs and PO/Leads so that there is no delay in communication.6) Finally, make sure I am available to my team any time they need help.
