Perform Inspections on all welding / piping / pipeline /structural fabrication works.• Final walk through for completed pipe line as well as line checking with client representative, if asked for final witness as per QAP before dispatch.• Witness hydro testing of pressure vessels, pipe spool, pipeline, piping and valve as per approved hydro test procedure.• Full Review of Final Hand-Over Documentation such as Quality Assurance Record Book-Site Records, to ensure they comply with Client Requirements and Contract.• Drive entire incoming inspection in line with standards and ensuring thorough incoming material inspection as per protocol according to various national / international standards and guidelines. Ensure effective measurement and validation process to ensure all requirements are full filled for each part and each material received at incoming stage. Monitoring and reviewing first pass yield (FPY) data at IQC stage. Reviewing supplier’s test certificate (TC), material test report (MTR), Inspection report (IR) in line with drawings and other requirements.• Collecting problem statement from production and analyses data to solve it and improve quality to avoid repetition by Utilizing Lean 6 Sigma, engineering standards and specifications.• Handling and usage of quality tools and precise instruments such as PMI gun, Portable hardness tester, Profile projector, bore gauge, etc.• • Excellent collaboration and work with team skills.
