• Authorization of new fixed deposits, renewal of existing deposit accounts and closure of matured deposits.• Authorization of processed NEFT, RTGS & Pay-Order transactions.• Handling ATM complaints apart from ATM Replenishments and ATM transaction disputes.• Looking into and assisting customer with UPI set-up, transaction queries and disputes.• Assisting and guiding customer with regards to new savings and current account queries• Conducting marketing drives and cold-calling to procure new retail loan business.

• Accepting deposits from customers and making payments.• Preparing reports on daily basis.• Checking day book on daily basis.• Updating records pertaining to locker facilities provided to customers.• Opening new saving bank accounts.• Looking into customer complaints in relation to transactions carried out to branch’s automated teller machines.• Assisting Cash Manager & Service Manager in various other matters.

• Handling account receivable process which includes handling all outstanding issues and maintaining outstanding report of South and East India on weekly basis.• Achieving and maintaining target on weekly basis by regularly following up with finance managers at various locations across India.• To ensure that there is proper coordination between various departments like Sales, Operations, etc.• Apart from the above, have handled other tasks like getting quotations from suppliers/vendors, managing travel plans of Directors, maintaining records of assets, AMCs.• Creating purchase orders, processing and tracking the same.• Also handling payment to vendors. Maintains records of orders and inventory and follows up with vendors on shipment and delivery.
