As business analyst working in EPPS as a liaisons between the business community and technical solution providers from EPPS in a given projects.Following is my job descriptionReview customer requirement document.Adhere to quality by ensuring the requirement document does not get into iteration during customer signoff.Adhering to schedule by ensuring the documentation is completed and available for signoff as per the project plan shared by the PM.Adhere to scope by ensuring that the release, proposed for deployment at the customer location, meets the mission critical requirments without any negotiations.Adhere to schedule by ensuring that wherever possible maximum work arounds are provided, in case of any direct fitment or minor GAPS.Organising multiple workshops for Project Knowledge Transfer and providing requirement clarifications to Development & Product Consulting teams.Optimize the schedule by suggesting minimal changes to meet the customer requirements in development stages.Facilitate in providng effort estimation for implementation activities to the Project Manager.Ahere to Schedule by ensuring the related activities progress as per the project plan published by the Project Manager.Manage Scope and Schedule by facilitating the project manager to devise the phased approach and aligning the Fitments & GAPS to the respective phases.Manage Quality by ensuring the proposed release to be deployed at customer location does not get reported for any mission critical activities.Manage Quality by ensuring the proposed release is completely tested to meet the signed off requirements from the customer.Manage Quality by providing all the necessary support to the onstie team during UAT and Production stage and equally ensure the planned Schedule does not get missed.Manage Quality by enabling the onsite team such that the trainings imparted to the client resources, equip them to perform the UAT with minimal intevention & support.
