Here, I have a responsibility as head of the AMUL AMCS project for Amul (Gujarat Milk Marketing Federation - GCMMF). The task is to develop and implement of AMUL Automated Milk Collection System (AMCS) at all Village Dairy Cooperative Society (VDCS) of Gujarat state. The key objective is to connect all VDCS to the associated Milk union so that all the stakeholders of VDCS, Milk union, and GCMMF can have the live data through the cloud and monitor the live milk collection process. As a part of this project, we were supposed to connect 16 K VDCS of Gujarat associated with GCMMF.Responsibilities:• Provide leadership and management to multiple developments and implementation teams• Defining the Project Plan and resource requirements and schedules for project implementation• Monitoring the development and implementation of the project stages.• Coordination and meeting with GCMMF and Milk Union teams for planning, progress, and improvement of the project.• Testing and Approval for the software and other hardware modules used for this project.
