I have about 9 year experience in Civil Engineering in construction & supervision of 2- lanning , 4 - Lanning & Highway work . I have been extensively engaged in construction & supervision of flexible pavement & Rigid pavement of various component such as Embankment, Subgrade, Grannular-sub-base( GSB ), Wet Mix Macadam( WMM ), Reclaimed Asphalt pavement [ RAP] Dense Bituminous Macadam( DBM ), Bituminous Concrete ( BC ), Dry lean concrete( DLC ), Pavement Quality Concrete( PQC ), Road Marking, Quality control and bed Testing etc . The spectrum of experience covers construction of highway project as per MORTH specifications using modern machinery. Responsible for planning of resources for execution of Earthwork, GSB, WMM, RAP, DBM, BC, DL, DLC, PQC & RE wall work etc. I am responsible for Mobilization of manpower, material & equipment at project site for achieving smooth project execution activities as per raised RFI. Responsible for supervision, coordination and scheduling of activities of works programmed & Raised RFI. Responsible for land acquisition & utilities shifting. Liaoning with local people and govt. body for land acquisition and utilities shifting. To check and maintain road inventory for hindrance status. To check & review daily progress report of execution team as per our works programmed. Ensure execution of the works on site as per approved design and drawing with quality and safety norms. Recording measurement of works completed, verify the sub-contractor’s claim and checking of bills. Provide technical guidance to staffs to complete the daily task within the stipulated time. Coordination with consultants, concessionaire, Engineer & sub-contractor etc for approval of raised RFI on daily basis.
