Quite unique in nature, RBC Career Launch Program has three rotations over a year round program. First rotation provides an associate with exposure to personal and commercial banking area of RBC that delivers foundation skills development within the banking and financial service industry.Second rotation takes place at a not for profit charity supported by RBC where an associate gains insights into operational side of not for profit organisation. It also allows an associate to experience how the way not-for profits operates significantly different from for-profit business. Final rotation takes place at the broader business (Corporate) areas of RBC that offers enhanced experience on the operational side of the bank.
