During my internship at Rotomag Motor and Control Pvt Ltd, I focused on developing a preventive approach to reduce human intervention and improve productivity. I was responsible for analyzing and optimizing the existing production processes, identifying areas where human intervention could be minimized through automation and implementing preventive maintenance measures to reduce downtime. Through my internship, I gained hands-on experience in leveraging technology and data-driven approaches to enhance productivity and operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment, while reducing human intervention and minimizing downtime.
