- Diagnose and report software and network issues on 178 computers and 10 printers across 3 computer labs to maintain normal function of the computers/printers for students and professors- Provide technical support to students and professors hosting classes/tests in the computer labs to ensure proper permissions and roles for Microsoft Outlook and the Rutgers Administration Domain- Implement proper opening & closing procedures to ensure cleanliness and professionality in the computer labs

- Formulated an innovative approach to make a 3D representation of the main concrete pour industry-standard surveying technology. Used the 3D model to obtain precise measurements required for marble cutting, resulting in cost savings and a noteworthy time-saving of 2 months in the ongoing stone placing process started by 5 teams of ~20 members.- Collaborated seamlessly alongside 75+ people on the direct team, along with 850+ on other groups with varying ages, skill sets, and professional backgrounds, to construct the world’s largest Hindu Temple outside of India.- Developed a 5-step holistic approach to calculate the amount of stone needed to be cut for 3,000+ marble stones coming weekly.
