Responsible for entire Payroll Administration including Biometric Attendance record keeping, Salary & Wages preparation & distribution. Responsible for complete exit process, full and final calculations and review of all documents.Issue of relieving orders & experience letters. Responsible for statutory compliances under various Laws. i.e. EPF, ESIC, Bonus, LWF, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act, Labor Act, Factories Act etc., Managing all admin related activities including facilities administration, Canteen, Housekeeping, Transportation etc.,

Maintaining personal files.Filling necessary documents.Providing necessary information to Finance and other colleagues.Providing information needed by colleagues in their own files.3. Assisting HR Manager with new recuriment.Manpower reporting to HR Manager.Moniter all the records of new joiners and of left employee.Liaising with agencies for filling positions under line Manager guidance.Placing advertisements with institutions for various positions.Following up with candidates/arranging interviews.Following up on references.4. Contract Labour Administration.Monitoring of attendance registers.Monitoring of payment of salary and advance to contractor employees.Conduct employee orientation and facilities new comers joining formalities maintain andregularly update master database (Personal file, Personal database) of each employee.Every work assigned by the HR Manager time to time .Handle day to day employee queries.
