We are India’s leading micro mobility solutions provider and presently the largest Public Bike Sharing (PBS) company with a choice of smart bicycles and electric smart bicycles. Through our user-friendly app, one can easily rent/return the smart bike at any of our stations. We’re operational in New Delhi, Chandigarh and Chennai having won exclusive contracts from respective city governments. We were one of the few startups that were chosen as a finalist at the National Startup India Awards 2021 to directly interact with the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India on policy recommendations.In 2023, SmartBike was awarded by Hon'ble President of India as the Best Public Bike Sharing company in India among all the 100 Smart Cities operating at Chandigarh.Accomplishments:- Successfully developed Public Bike Sharing infrastructure from ground up in 4 major cities of India.- Lead a team of 75 employees in four different cities.- Achieved 20% M-0-M growth and took the business from 0 to 1 Million rides.- Responsible for creating and implementing an Operations Strategy to ensure the smooth running of our entire bike-sharing operation.- Led the team that set up operations from scratch, including end-to-end operations, vendor negotiation, and supply chain management.- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as City Governments, Vendors/Suppliers, Engineering, HR, Finance, Software Support, and Operations.- Scope out business and functional requirements for the technology team responsible for creating and enhancing software systems and tools used by service team and SmartBike customers.- Manage people through performance appraisals, goal setting, training, mentoring, and controlling attrition.- Coordinate with our partners across geographies such as the US, Germany, China, Netherlands, Belgium, etc. to create a cycling ecosystem in India.

We frequently organize large cycling events to promote cycling and usually have 2000+ participants in attendance. We made available good quality geared bicycles at affordable rents to people and it soon caught up. It virtually led to a cycling revolution in Hyderabad and HBC Membership swelled to over 16,000 members.
