Design and development of welding fixture such as side board, head board, tail door, floor assembly fixture, sub frame assembly fixture & cubing fixture, body tilting fixture, and rotary sub frame full welding fixture etc. for heavy body like tipper body using Auto Cad-20132. Preparing of 2D & 3D Component Drawings of 14,16 cum. standard & HD tipper body on Tata LPK 2518 (6x4), Tata LPK 2518/38 WB-ERC, 10 Cum. box tipper on LPK 1616/36 & LPK 1618/36 Fix. Cab. On Auto Cad-2013 & Pro-e wildfire-4.3. Prototype, pre-launch, production drawing release & development of new Tipper like 14 & 16 cum. standard tipper body on Tata LPK 2518/38 WB-ERC, 14 & 16 cum. standard tipper body on Tata LPK 2518 (HD Model) etc.4. Responsible of follow up to development of proto type Fuel Bowser, 7KL, 5Kl, 4KL etc. 5. Preparing of design & development of drilling Jigs & Gauges. 6. To follow the new tool designs and evaluating the same.7. To prepared the PPAP document as per customer requirement. 8. Design reviews and Design Validation for new application development as per DCN/RCN.9. To prepared calibration plan standard sheet of welding fixture, drilling Jig, & gauges.10. Responsible for preparing the standard sheet such as process check sheet, incoming material check sheet & final inspection check sheet etc.11. Preparing of WPS & WPQR for new welder.

1. Preparing of 2D & 3D Component Drawings on AUTO CAD-2006 & Pro-e wildfire-2.2. Design and Development of wiring harness part from Conceptual Phase to Product Development. Design of sheet metal components like wire harness terminal, battery terminal & mould component, coupler, caps, fuse boxes, fuse box cover & rubber parts etc.3. Design of Press Tool, Jig, Fixtures & Gauges using AUTO CAD-2006.4. Prototype, Pre-launch, Production Drawing Release & manufacturing support.5. The project involves Solid Modeling, Surface Design and Assembly Design using Pro/E Wildfire-2.6. Modification of Existing Designs/Drawings. 7. Preparing of IMDS data sheet for material.
