Interface with client business and technology stakeholders to provide technical thought leadership on strategic directions in current and future technology trends including digital transformations, platform modernization, mobile, Big Data, machine learning, payments, reporting and analytics, data warehousing and ETL, portals and other front-end technologies across multiple verticals including financial services, media, education, pharmaceuticals & healthcare● Work directly with Ness pre-sales team covering North America to create, present, and sell strategic technology solutions to client senior management● Perform analysis and give feedback on enterprise technology strategy, direction and architecture to senior management, offering alternatives, aligning with industry standards and trends● Provide insights to senior management on current and future technology trends with an eye towards solving business problems, reducing costs, and increasing revenue● Design and deliver architectures and technology solutions

Interfaced directly with private equity groups, multiple funds and portfolio managers to analyze their business and facilitate the strategic application of technology to streamline, enhance and automate their respective businesses. Lead the architecture and development of the following business-impacting initiatives:● Regulatory reporting platform used throughout the firm to generate reports as required by Sections 404 and 406 of the Dodd-Frank Act and Form PF.● Risk “Internalization” IT initiative, replacing an external 3rd-party risk calculation service. Realized a cost savings of over $1MM per year.● Valuation platform for a Life Settlements fund to reduce valuation times to 4 minutes from over 10 hours using Scala, Akka and Actors● Calculation and reporting platform for a publically traded REIT fund● Led the STP360 initiative, an internal OMS/EMS project for equities, futures, and options trading using analytics and machine learning for automated trading capabilities

Responsible for interfacing with clients to provide technology guidance, thought leadership and architecture direction in various verticals, including financial services and healthcare ● Provided technology direction and architecture for an enterprise task management system for a healthcare client● Architecture and development of a platform to facilitate Straight-Through-Processing (STP) for a client in financial services● Re-engineered the reconciliation process for a financial services firm to reconcile their general ledger and trading data to run within 2 minutes, from a previous time of 3 hours.

Managed a global development and support team in a mixed onshore/offshore model (20+ people) in NYC and Mumbai to provide technology services, platforms, and development to the global sales function of the firm● Lead architect and manager of the Supervisory Workstation (SWS) application, which was used globally by firm partners and Managing Directors in Sales and Trading to monitor supervisors’ responsibilities as outlined by Sarbanes-Oxley, CEO 3013, and other regulatory directives.● Directly worked with the business to lay out the product strategy and technical direction for SWS including functionality, UI layouts, wireframes, and prototypes.● SWS received and aggregated data from 75 external systems across all asset classes, including equities, options, and fixed income.● All data sources had to be identified and their delivery had to be separately across various internal teams.

Managed a global team (Manila and Cincinnati) and all of the client-facing and consumer-facing technology for P&G’s marketing technology Tremor websites● Developed and managed execution plans for large on-line campaigns and projects with clients such as Dreamworks, Coca-Cola, ABC, Herbal Essences, and Valvoline using predictive, mathematical modeling of Word-of-Mouth strategies for the websites, the forerunner of social media.● Performed critical evaluation and selection of the software and hardware components of the solution and prepared for the development of the solution by evaluating and selecting architecture, development methodologies and tools.● Assisted in organizing and managing tasks, resource allocation, budgeting and scheduling● Defined, architected and implemented key components of the tremor.com and vocalpoint.com web sites.

Engaged specifically to provide architecture and development expertise for strategic platforms used by clients ● Lead Architect on the OMS (Order Management System) for buy and sell-side trading firms interfacing with the NYSE and other vendors/clients for the client GUI with specific support for customizable, programmed trading models (VWAP, TWAP)● Designed the Enterprise Messaging Bus for OMS using FIX over JMS, including JMS integration with non-Java software on the back-end and the real-time data feed interface into OMS.● Programmed the FIX interface to the JMS layer and the interface to the real-time data feeds.● Architected and programmed the Simplicity equities, futures, and pairs trading OMS utilizing a three-tiered, Web-based architecture as well as an external API and internal programmed trading (PT) engine ● Designed and programmed a FIX 4.1 client for order routing.● Designed and programmed interface applications to 3 different real-time market data vendors and integrated into the Simplicity client via the QuoteRouter application
