Major Project handled:- Project for Fabrication and Supply of 06Nos.NGL Storage Bullets and Critical Process Equipment – Pressure Vessels to Saudi Aramco’s “Khursaniyah Gas Processing Facilities” (KGPF) in Eastern Province Saudi Arabia. - NGL Bullet MOC: SA 387 Gr 11 Cl 2. ID – 6600mm, Thk – 72mm. Each bullet weighing 120MT.Contract Value: USD 45M - Mega Project at ZHI’s Khursaniyah site manufacturing facility with complete responsibility for all project component functions, e.g., Administration, Facility & Resource Planning, Production, Budget Control, Maintenance, Materials Management & Safety. - Remained instrumental in establishing the ZHI’s Khursaniyah Mobile manufacturing facility for NGL Bullets. - Led the site construction team of 125 people comprising Project Planning, Stores, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Admin, Health, Safety and Logistics.- Executed the Projects in capacity of Project Manager for supply of Critical Process Static equipment for Saudi Aramco and SABIC projects. -Design, Fabrication & SUPPLY of NGL storage bullets was the Prestigious order bagged by Al-Zamil Heavy Industries from Saudi Aramco amidst stiff competition from leading Pressure Vessel Manufacturers across the Globe.

- Provided relevant technical inputs for fabrication of critical shell sections weighing 125 Ton – Shell dia. ranging from 8M to 10M., thk. from 25mm to 62mm and ovality requirements of 0.2% of the radius- Critical pressure vessel for Defence sector: Prestigious project involving Precision & Heavy fabrication. - Vessel Dia. 8m to 10m, Thk.25 to 60mm, Length – 152m, Fabrication Wt.5000MT. - Successfully finalised scheme, selected & procured tooling, established parameters by mock-up, identified machine and machine operators with fall back option, satisfactorily completed match taper reaming of DIA. 67 mm, 1:10 taper over 120 mm length– 12 nos. holes in Gear Box Flange of material Titanium, highly appreciated by Client for successful completion of this activity. - Coordinated with Construction Contractor for timely readiness of Concrete RT Shield Vertical Walls ( (16m wide x 14m tall x 500mm Thk. –02nos, each weighing 150MT) on time, installed the same in shop at Visakhapatnam unit enabling cobalt radiography of Cir. Seams and bigger size nozzle (Dia.2.5m) welds which facilitated continuation of work in adjacent areas. Played Key role in: Hydro-test blanking scheme for 700 plus nozzles in a large shell section having water volume as 5000 MT and test pressure 30 kg/cm2, demonstrated satisfactory type testing of 18 different configuration of blanks to Customer Inspection agency as approval for the scheme, and proved as successful design with zero leakage during Hydro-test of the vessel. Lift plans for Heavy Equipment and complicated structures inside the shop and ensured the safe and successful handling. Handled 400 MT consignment inside the shop with 2, EOT cranes of 180T capacity each, for a travel of 152m, first time at L&T HED, Vizag Unit.Preparation of Shop layout for manufacturing activity of critical shell sections of vessel and ensured the optimum space utilization offering simultaneous work fronts when space was the major constraint.
