> Designing, developing and implementing new and improved processes. Systematically maintaining safety and production related records with total accuracy and authenticity. > Maintaining safe and healthy work environment on the shop floor. Defining standard operating procedures for manufacturing operations and cleaning of equipments to maintain operational consistency. > Driving energy conservation measures to rationalize energy consumption and generate cost savings. Implementing Health, Safety and Environment standards at the workplace to ensure clean, safe and incident free operations. > Contributing leadership to a Team of engineers, supervisors and technicians and providing them incessant motivational inputs to achieve defined targets. > Providing techno-managerial support to shift engineers to resolve operation and maintenance issues to minimize downtime. > Managing rectification of various instruments such as RTD, Pressure Transmitters, Control Valves and Magnetic flow meters.

> Involved in trouble-shooting process disturbances and take the necessary corrective actions against them. Responsible for coordinating with different departments like Maintenance, Electrical, and Instrumentation& Civil during breakdown (if any) and shutdowns.> Maintained required HSE standards by proper supervision & ensuring safe working conditions in the plant. Maintained the documents as per the standard operating procedure. > Maintained all the safety related records for the plant. Supported the implementation of 5S related systems by conducting briefing and training to the operators and workers.
