Technical assistance at Urea (Snamprogetti)Currently associated with urea plant running full load capacity at 108%. Responsible for process operations, trouble shooting, emergency handling, Start-up & Shut-down activity, from Field. Working experience on various unit operation i.e. High pressure plug flow reactors, Distillation Column, Absorption & Desorption column, Evaporation, Crystallization, Centrifuging & Fluidization. Monitor process parameters for efficient and optimum operation of the plant. Work as “Auxiliary Emergency Response Team Member” and help main fire-fighting crew in emergencies of fire, leak or accident to reach the site safely and handle the situation and for safe evacuation. Follow up of the routine check-lists for the safety equipment in the plant namely fire extinguishers, safety showers, fire suits, SCBA, fire hydrant points, manual call points and ensure proper house-keeping
