As an Athletics Retail Manager, I lead all facets of the team store, special events, and retail gameday operations. As a Head Personal Trainer, my primary role was to lead and oversee training programs. We strived to develop exercise and fitness programs tailored to each participant's goals and assessment results. Additionally, we offered professional development strategies and training materials, ensuring high-quality customer relations and service. Furthermore, we provided extensive education to our clients via custom training programs while assisting and directing clients through progressive workouts and strength training.
