I am currently working at Fannie Mae as a Capital Markets Business Analyst, helping to support our traders and manage our position on the Collateral Management and Hedging team. I previously worked for CGI Federal in a consulting role, serving as a Business Analyst to support the PECOS project. As a BA I believe I have gained not only valuable analytical and communicative skills, but many technical skills as well. Before coming to CGI I was a student at Virginia Tech studying finance, with a concentration as a Chartered Financial Analyst, at the Pamplin College of Business. Over my years at Virginia Tech, I had worked building financial analysis models, learning the ins and outs of accounting, developing marketing and management skills, and overall gaining a better understanding of how businesses operate profitably. I believe through my experience thus far, I have the skills in finance and business relations necessary to bring progressive ideas into the business world.
