Continuing the work on Capture One after a split from its partner company Phase One, now as a part of a growing UX team going through agile transformation.

• Working as the only designer in the software team, I helped create and improve key tools answering the needs of professional photographers leading to a significant increase in customer satisfaction.
• On the basis of changing customer needs, newer design trends and accessibility guidelines, I redesigned the interface of Capture One.
• I established and managed Capture One’s first ever design system and icon library making it easier for the teams to maintain consistent design on two platforms – Windows and Mac.
• Collaborating with business and management I impacted the roadmap for Capture One to reflect real user needs which resulted in rapidly increasing sales.
