With experience in both IT and non-IT industries, I bring a versatile skill set to the table.Worked as Mainframe developer for 1 year 6 Months, I've taken projects and developed innovative solutions, staying updated with tech advancements. I have made a project which gave me experience in understanding Organization's working environment and also How to deal with clients . Communicated with Clients in solving the issues which came up during production . Transitioning to non-IT,( 1 year currently) I honed skills in communication, problem-solving, and market analysis, customer relationship management has shown me vast changes in my learnings and also in gaining experience. Company that Iam currently working with has given me opportunity to explore myself in finding out How would customer service be and how would vendor management be ,Team leadership , where I got the opportunity to lead 6 members , Every employee is different and has different ways of working , I have learnt how to work with different people from different countries , customer service is one of those jobs where we learn lot of patience and understandability of human behavior.
