As part of my MBA project, I had the opportunity to provide small business consulting services to Raaj Agency, a Tirunelveli-based company specializing in gift items. My primary objective was to enhance their market presence and operational efficiency, both locally and beyond.One of my key contributions was designing a website for Raaj Agency, currently in the process of being hosted. This website aims to expand the agency's reach beyond the local market, enabling them to attract a broader customer base and compete on a larger scale.Understanding the growing importance of social media, I also established an Instagram handle for the agency. This platform will serve as a vital tool for engaging with customers, showcasing their products, and driving brand awareness in the increasingly digital marketplace.In addition to these marketing initiatives, I developed a custom billing software using macro-enabled Excel. This software was designed to streamline the billing process for their retail operations, despite the agency primarily operating in the wholesale sector. The software offers a user-friendly interface and efficient functionality, tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of Raaj Agency.These experiences allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in a real-world setting, equipping me with valuable skills in digital marketing, web development, and operational optimization. My work with Raaj Agency not only contributed to their business growth but also enriched my professional journey, reinforcing my passion for supporting small businesses in achieving their full potential.
