Usui said that the purpose of the Reiki healing was to bring peace, happiness and health to oneself and then to others.A Reiki Master uses universal life energy to improve the well-being of a client. Reiki Master provides healing based on the concept that there is a life energy that can be used to encourage a healing effect.The key responsibilities of a Reiki Master Practitioner:It includes treating clients using energy principles, preparing clients' medical histories, and activating the healing process.The responsibility of Reiki Master Teacher:A Reiki Master Teacher is primarily responsible for guiding students through the complete Reiki learning process (Level 1, 2, 3 and Master) including teaching the Reiki principles, hand positions, attunements, and advanced techniques, allowing students to become fully qualified Reiki practitioners and eventually, to teach Reiki themselves by passing on attunements to others; this includes providing comprehensive instruction on the use of Master symbols, deeper energetic practices, and ethical considerations of teaching Reiki.Disclaimer:  Reiki is considered an alternative, complementary approach and does not replace the need for traditional medical care through your physician or licensed professional. -This was a Management and admin position. -Ensure the program follows all the licensing requirements and summit policies. -Ensure safety of children and employees -Take Registration of children, orientation for parents, children, staff-Answer all the inquires for program from parents-Maintain all types of documentation records -Manage Program Activities-Employee observation, evaluation and coaching -Child Development Activity planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation-Organize and attend meeting with Management team as well as campus employees-Follow up with concerns and address them correctly-Manage emails and online documentations-Staff schedules-On site trainings for employees-Maintain children’s incident, accident, behavioural reports and follow up with the requirements to be fulfilled-Ensure all logs are maintained on daily, weekly and monthly basis including visitor, medical, cleaning, indoor and outdoor hazard checklist, winter and summer cleaning checklist, and so on.

• Assist in identifying and monitoring the spiritual, social, recreational and emotional needs of the residents through routine communication, visits and consultations with residents• Understand and manage to be with resident when in need and able to call for assistance when required• Ensure that nursing supervisors assist residents with selection of activities in compliance with physicians’ orders and encourage patients to develop physical and educational skills through participation in activities• Develop and maintain rapport with all services to ensure that a team effort is achieved in developing activities for all residents; participate in teams and committees• Arrange calls and in person meeting for residents with family and provide safe and peaceful environment for their communications• Record any activities done with residents, on the care centre resident profile.• Assist in developing for each resident preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the recreation needs and written creative care plans that identify the needs of the residents and the goals to be accomplished for each need identified
