Responsibilities:- Relationship management of Mars’ primary, strategic IT partner- Increasing scale and reach of external and internal Web delivery globally- Developing service models for effective onshore-offshore operations and close cooperation between 6 divisions - International program management of Intranet web products- Team leadership with people management and career development- Functional expertise of Web technologies and trends- Delivery of web solutions, transactional applications and technology migrations under tight deadlines and rapidly changing conditionsAchievements:- Grew development capacity by 400% within 3 years (from 15 to 64 resources), with increased scope of solutions (CRM, Social Media, transactional applications) and extended reach to all regions- Globally delivered over 280 eMarketing, eCommerce and Intranet websites and applications, through 3 direct reports- Achieved savings through reusable web components, templatizing and lower cost development- Project managed development of 7 large-scale and 26 medium-sized websites and web applications working with 8 interactive agency partners

Responsibilities: - Managing supplier relationships - Procurement of: T&M resources, managed services and third-party applications – running RFP’s and negotiating contracts- Functional leadership of Mars’ SAP SRM system- Lead for commercial operations (reporting and contract management)Achievements:- Regionally implemented a more efficient external workforce management service; resulting in supplier consolidation, improved benchmarking, reduced cycle time and cost avoidance- Flexibly shifted between 3 different buying areas (resources, software and hardware purchasing) thereby maintaining business continuity- Achieved a year-on-year 20% cost saving/avoidance
