Answering to the Worship Arts Director as the only technical person on staff, my responsibilities include but are not limited to: Overseeing the production volunteer team for Sunday mornings at the main campus. Managing maintenance schedules and gear replacement strategy for all campuses to accomplish goals of each ministry. Develop and implement recruiting strategy for production team volunteers and production interns with a focus on mentorship and discipleship.Oversee all campus technical needs and propose gear that accomplishes the vision for each ministry. Oversee contractors and integrators for all large and small projects at each campus.Develop equipment plan for the worship center renovation at our main campusConsult on the design and installation for our 2nd campus worship center design for Phase 1 and Implementation of Phase 2 system upgrades.Built a volunteer base of 55 people to serve 12 positions weekly, over 50% of which being teens with a passion and heart to serve.Manage and oversee part time staff for Sunday morning services as well as technical staffing for third party events in our spaces.Manage all aspects of the office and staff IT infrastructure to include the printers, staff computers, wired and wireless networks.Manage network and video infrastructure for coffee shop and community space meeting rooms on two campuses for  community use throughout the week. Established "The Fill Your Seat program" which  teaches leaders how to identify talent, teach skills, and cultivate a passion in someone else.
