Senior Project Manager, managing a range of manufacturing facility projects varying from facility production improvement initiatives focused on minimisation of COGS, to $20M+ projects relocating manufacturing facilities from Europe to USA and Asia including know how, equipment, personnel, compliance, and certification whilst ensuring ‘Business as Usual’ transition to new operations. Tasks included:• Established and managed an Asset Management System, deployed across all production entities around the world. • Relocation, installation, and setup of specific RFID manufacturing hardware and software including creation and issuance of process documentation and associated training.• Relocation production facilities from UK to Thailand.• Established a recycle / regenerate end of life program for manufacturing hardware and reissue once re-engineered and qualified.• Integration of company ERP systems site by site to include the Integration of asset and H&S systems into one Global MIS systems.• Design of audit procedures and audit of all existing Occupational Health and Safety policies, Procedures and Global site compliance with the policies. Tasks included:• Establishing a green field manufacturing facility in Brazil. Facilities included plastic card manufacturing and personalisation for VISA and Master Card.
