Key Responsibilities:Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all Guest Service Assistants (GSAs) and the Front Office Monitoring and processing all incoming reservation for All Hilton Properties in Darwin. Dealing with guest payment disputes while coordinating with the Finance Department to determine if a refund is required in line with Hilton’s payment resolution policy. Liaising with other hotel departments including Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food & Beverage (F&B) to fulfil guest requests Assisting GSA and hotel staff in operating the ON-Q property management system to ensure all aspects of the hotel PMS system is always updated and fully functional Closely working with Sales and Event Teams to ensure all group bookings are appropriately managed while working independently to provide full service approach for all FIT bookings. Managing room rates and allotments for diffract booking partners according to contract while closely working with revenue manger. Maximising revenue through active upselling and also insuring that all deposits are received and allocated to right account. Training new and current staff members on Hilton’s policy and procedures and WHS requirements. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at various levels with utmost professionalism.
