Key Responsibilities:• Manage and implement product for AML, Sanctions/Negative Screening, Operational Risk - KRI and Fraud Monitoring Solutions.• Integrate overall company strategy, product line plan, competitive analysis, and customer needs into an effective product strategy.• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and other representations of the product plan.• Communicate Product Plans & Strategy with Management.• Communicate Product Plans & Strategy with Team Members.• Translate customer needs into product requirements and develop a product plan.• Works with the team to develop a comprehensive set of requirements that address all defined customer needs.• Gather Customer Feedback from prototypes or mock-ups.• Solicits/Contribute ideas for new product features.• Maintain constant surveillance and awareness of the market to effectively identify customer needs and trends.• Work with other project manager, helping to plan the project, provide guidance, and monitor the project results.• Support requests for customer proposals and presentations and ensures all relevant materials exist to support the product.• Determine when actions are needed to upgrade, improve, revise or reposition product.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage and implement project based solutions for Corporate Loan Origination and Internal Risk Rating Systems.• Suggest procedural / process improvements both from a technology and a process point of view, advise system features and propose system amendments. • Study the business requirements, coordinate with Business Analyst & Development Team for UAT, bug-fixing and implementation of project• Tailor implementation schedules in such a way that the implementation is a well-coordinated process, managing the application in its entire life cycle to include maintenance, bug fixing and enhancements etc• Vendor interactions i.e. vetting out solutions given by vendors, monitoring the work done and maintaining the relationship as a whole.• Liaison with Internal and External Auditors and closure of audit observations.• Assist management with accepting new projects analysis including system application analysis and design recommendations based on application knowledge and project experience.Major Projects:• CLOS Implementation: Implementation of a Workflow based Corporate Loan Origination System with features like Approval Management, Limits Management, Collateral Management & Covenant Maintenance. STP of Limit Setup for Funded / Non-Funded / Treasury / Collections / Settlement Limits with Core Systems.• RAM Implementation: Implementation of internal rating software designed to assist the bank in complying with the requirements under the internal ratings-based approach of the Basel II.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage and implement project based solutions for various applications for Corporate Term Loan , Centralized Dedupe Application, Retail Loan Application Processing system.• Study the business requirements, prepare BRS, coordinate development, UAT, bug-fixing and implementation of project • Suggest procedural / process improvements both from a technology and a process point of view, advise system features and propose system amendments. • Tailor implementation schedules in such a way that the implementation is a well-coordinated process, managing the application in its entire life cycle to include maintenance, bug fixing and enhancements etc• Vendor interactions i.e. vetting out solutions given by vendors, monitoring the work done and maintaining the relationship as a whole.• Liaison with Internal and External Auditors and closure of audit observations.• Assist management with accepting new projects analysis including cost estimates, system application analysis and design recommendations based on application knowledge and project experience.Major Projects:• Application Migration: Migration of the Application for Corporate Term Loan to Ambit Core Banking Solution.• Disbursement Automation: Designed and developed a workflow based module for Loan Disbursement approval process significantly reducing the TAT in processing Loan Disbursements for Corporate Term Loans.• CIB Interface: Self servicing module on Corporate Internet Banking Website for Term Loan Customers.• Interface Automation: Automation of interfaces with the SAP, OFSA, Centralized NPA Tracking and Reporting/MIS Applications reducing Operational Risks and Reporting Automation.• Corporate LOS: Scope definition and closure of Credit Processing System for MSME Corporate Finance.• Early Warning System: Scope definition and closure of Early Warning System based on the Guideline of the RBI for Early Recognition of Financial Distress.
