Ensures HSE rules and procedures are followed and the facilities comply with company, local, and governmental safetyregulations,Actively supports the Corporate HSE initiative by holding regular HSE meetings, maintaining a safe work environment,and promoting the use of PPE and safe work habits for employees, in compliance with the Corporate HSE plan,Participates in emergency drills, training, and planning,Reports incidents, participates in investigations, and initiates corrective actions as necessary,Communicates quality-related feedback to all employees,Provides feedback to, and implements, safety and quality continuous improvement initiatives;Ensures compliance with ITAR, hazardous materials shipping, and other applicable regulations,Ensures compliance to ITAR, hazardous materials shipping regulations, and other applicable regulations.Manages shipments of parts, tools, and equipment to job sites and other service locations,Manages the inventory of expendable materials, spare parts, equipment, and tools to execute the run schedule,Ensures that tools are properly checked in and checked out during mobilization and demobilization,Supervises tool teardown, tool cleaning, maintenance, tool recertification, and proper shelving of tools,Ensures canisters are built properly in order to operate reliability to maintain a high RunSuccess Rate (RSR),Trains employees to perform job duties and keep necessary certifications up to date; Selects, manages, evaluates,motivates, and develops employees to ensure a qualified workforce necessary to meet Company objectives.
