Reporting to the Group CFO and the Board of Directors. As 2IC to the CFO and a member of the CFO’s Leadership team for the group, lead a team of 4 direct reports and a broader team of 20. Key focus of this role is to drive growth in the region (organic as well as M&A) and lead the FP&A function for the group in Australia. Also responsible for managing the Accounting & Reporting functions, operational performance tracking, business risk management and the ERP and BI strategy.

Reporting to the CFO with a dotted line to Chairman of the privately held entity (pre-acquisition by the Japanese parent Outsourcing Inc). Lead the team a small team of management accountants. Key focus of this role was to drive the Growth strategy (organic and M&A), business analytics, KPI performance tracking, business risk management and BI strategy for the group.

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director (based in Singapore), with a direct report and broader team which included 14 dotted line reports. Major stakeholders in this role included the Global corporate office, the Asia Pacific Management Board, Asia Pacific Regional franchise (business segments) Management Board. Broad aim was to achieve the Asia Pacific regional business plan and imperatives through effective Portfolio management of product line P&Ls as well as country P&Ls.Key focus of this role was to act as the conduit between the Global HQ in US and the 14 countries within the Asia Pacific region on all financial and reporting matters. Key deliverables in this role were to manage the Business Planning and Analysis, Business Case management, Monthly management reporting, MIS reports and BI systems for the region (US$4bn revenues with 7 key product divisions). Additionally, assumed independent responsibility for managing the IT expenditure budget of the region (approx. $50Mn) and worked alongside the Regional IT VP and the Global IT VP (based in US) to develop the broad IT strategy for the region.

Reporting to the Finance Director (ANZ) and leading a small team of 2 staff, key stakeholders in this role included the Global corporate office, Asia Pacific Regional Leadership team, Country Sales Managers, 3rd Party Warehouse Manager, Customer Service, and our Customers (Hospitals and Labs)Key focus was to manage Business planning and analysis, MIS, International reporting to Asia Pac regional office as well as Global HQ, Statutory and management reporting from SAP, Business Case/NPV analysis for each client tender/dealTook on additional role managing and leading the Supply Chain function for the business in Australia focused on managing demand planning and backorders in consultation with customers, managing inventory days, liaising with 3rd party logistics provider and Import Clearing Agents, as well as purchase order management by dealing with international affiliates in France and US from where goods were imported.Lead BI system (TM1) implementation for the whole of Asia Pacific Region.

Reporting to the Finance Director (OCD - India), major stakeholders in this role included the Global corporate office, Asia Pacific Regional Leadership team and Country Sales managers.Key focus was managing business planning and analysis, MIS, International reporting to Asia Pac regional office as well as Global HQ, Statutory and management reporting from JD Edwards, Business Case/NPV analysis for each client tender/deal, Internal and External audits, SOX Compliance, BI and other software management.Managed a team of 12 staff (4 qualified, 8 graduates) on various functions like Import transactions, Export transactions, Expenses, Spare Parts management and Receivables.Led the Implementation of the J D Edwards Order to Cash and General Accounting module of ERP system which included involvement from designing/customising to training to implementation of the systemSuccessfully implemented Sarbanes Oxley controls for the division which resulted in implementation of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliant processes
