Led an eBusiness Practice from concept to a profitable entity within less than two years, inside a larger IT services and solution provider with focus on consulting and full life-cycle project services. Assisted with creation of Mascon's investment arm. Evaluated various promising B2B eCommerce start-ups and assisted the firm in investing in seven different startups in Aerospace, Trucking, Sports, Entertainment and Insurance industries from hundreds of pitches.

Led a development and sales team of a start-up product firm focused on managing and automating ISO 9000 documents and processes. Increased the product features ten folds in matter of months and successfully created a partnership sales channel and acquired key customers to set the firm on path of growth. The increased visibility and success of the product enabled the founders with a successful exit.
