The main objective of the business was to fulfil a consumers every need at a single platform. For this purpose, an application was created with different categories though we first started with the daily essential category.I handled the finance aspect of the startup. I had to make budget for the startup's different functions and ideas and to look after their smooth and efficient functionality. I also had to analyse and interpret our revenues and evaluate the results and also make efforts to increase it. I also had to deal with the onboard vendors as well as our customers. This taught me about the relationship building and also improved my communication skills. Working in a team as a one taught me about team bonding and importance of a team player. I had to work together with the marketing and also the logistics team.
