Good hand experience in control panel, motors, VFD, Power panels.❏ Doing the KAIZAN activities to improve the process and cost reduction.❏ Clearing the all kind breakdown of mechanical and electrical problems❏ Taking the permanent actions to avoid the repeat of same problem by doing route cause analysis❏ Preparing MTTR and MTBF to know the machine efficiency and improving productivity. Preparing the PM schedule, shift schedule, breakdown sheet. Maintaining the history card of machines and 5S. ❏ Maintaining the all critical and general spares, coordinate with the suppliers. Handling the vendors. ❏ Good knowledge of pneumatic valves and operations.
