Teach English to a group of mostly college-bound students in grade 11.Provide instruction in the areas of Literature, Grammar, and Rhetoric. AP Language and Composition. Served as Interim Principal of Academics April-June 2021. As College Advisor, it is my responsibility to help each individual in Grades 11+12 find a future path that is the "right fit" for them. Multiple meetings are held with each student to help them decipher these future plans. A 25+ page packet is an information "map" given to the students their Junior year, and each follow-up meeting is to provide the student with the guidance necessary.Head coach of the Women's Soccer Program 1998, 2003-2019. Jerry Block-Daily input of a college soccer program, including:-Preparation and implementation of soccer sessions daily/ weekly/ seasonally, and as part of 5-year plan.-Developed practices to fit the European tour in 2008-Created the two-week pre-season plan for technical, tactical and physical instruction to implement a 4:2:3:1 formation.-Participation in both team meetings and film study, generating new practice sessions from the most current game film.-Game day facilitation and preparation, including tactical team instruction during halftime talk.-Participated in Captain's meetings-Kept Excel spreadsheets of recruits and made initial contact with Sophomores and Juniors during Fall 2009 and Fall 2010, via email.
