During my time at Terravision I have focused on User Experience Research, UI Design, Front-end Development and Product Management.I was hired in order to research and eventually redesign the Terravision website and other websites of the Group. I was fortunate enough to work with a very strong Symfony2 back-end team, led by an exceptional CTO focused on good Agile practices.In terms of technologies used. The current front-end of the website was built partly in Wordpress and partly in Twig (as the front-end layer of the Symfony3 application which ran the booking system) and Angular2. During my time as the CTO of the The One Off had the pleasure to a team of brilliant developers working closely the designers of one of the top 20 Retail Design agencies in the UK. My tasks included: Managing the team's workload, consulting on Social Media campaign strategy; Leading the User Experience (UX) and Information Architecture (IA) research and designing the architecture of web applications while never losing touch with writing code.The team currently uses PHP 5.4, MySQL, XHTML, HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, and working with Symfony2/Twig/Doctrine Node.JS and sockets.io. Additionally as-pre-project basis the team was working with Flash (AS3) and ASP .NET as well as Arduino and Kinect technologies. In 2014 I have guided the team through a complete turn from Zend 1.x to Symfony2.x, and from SVN to Git, introducing new methodologies like BDD and pushing towards a more Agile (Kan Ban) approach throughout the studio. In addition the team is now working with NodeJS/Sockets.io and Redis.Since mid-2014 and 2015 the efforts of the team are focused on the development of a completely bespoke eCommerce system (LittleRed) which is based on Symfony2 and Amazon Cloud technologies. The system is already deployed twice and is met with great success.

Consulting on Design and User Experience and working my colleagues into developing the general marketing strategy of the project.
