My main responsibility are controlling activities in freight terminals in the Czech Republic. My activities include daily checks and management of revenues, costs and accruals, reporting for the terminals and products, monitoring of account payables and receivables, internal financial audits and monthly end closing operations. I have also been gaining a lot of insight into various logistics operations, especially road transport in Europe. I work closely with various departments, from operations to management, and have a lot of experience with working in international teams (especially with colleagues from Germany).

Responsible for a continuous project monitoring consumer behaviour in Czech Republic and Slovakia on the On-Trade market. Team of 8-10 people. I was primarily focused on optimalization of internal processes, improving quality of the gathered data through constant improvement of our external data collectors and recruitment in both countries. Besides that, I was also responsible for reporting to our customers, database management and monitoring of market trends.
