- Study of project agreement, Scope of supply and planning of project.- Project scheduling as per Design basis report using MS Project.- Inventory control & Material Management, Material Required for Production.- Coordination between the project team, design dept, shop floor.- Reading & checking of P & ID, G.A., foundation and part drawings involved project. - Extracting Bill of Materials for accessories & parts of boiler.- Procurement of various materials like valve, motor, pump, blowers, beams, channels, angles, Plates, pipes and fittings etc.- Revising of drawings as per site situation & suggestion related to modification.- Supervise Weld set-up as per drawing & preparing report for IBR documentation.- End to end execution of projects according to project plans. - Manpower management for execution of erection activity.- Maintaining good relation with Client by giving timely delivery and response.
