► Acting as point of contact for all CUEL-Chevron’s interests on designated projects► Proactively interact with the Operation and Commercial teams to ensure alignment with HSE► Ensure compliance with national and international regulations► Identify, plan, arrange and conduct, or oversee all training need for Crew and office employees ► Reinforce the company safety culture by leading by example and motivating the crew in adopting the same behavior.► Establish and maintain good working relations with crew and employees at all levels► Liaise with Top Management on HSE Reviews and other related matters► Conduct and implement Project HAZIDs and risk assessments for offshore projects including: jobs supply, cargo project, anchor handling, and bunkering at offshore while underway► Ensure that all crew know their duties and instructions according to the vessel’s Station Bill and Emergency Plan in accordance with the existing international and national legislation.► Continuously monitor vessel KPI to ensure quality, safety and operational standards are achieved.► Perform root cause analysis for accidents & incidents, near misses and non-conformities► Carry out safety risk assessments, propose improvements or changes to procedures to enhance safety ► Prepare vessel specific manuals as required by various maritime codes and regulations► Plan and execute internal ISM & ISPS audits► Managing company & vessel external audit conducted by class, flag and charterers, i.e. ISO, ISM, ISPS, MLC 2006 and OVID
