• Compliance with Standards by Assembly, Testing and Calibration of 8 Controller Boards and 5 Instruments Per Day.• Plan and schedule production, monitor progress throughout the process, adjust forecasts as needed to ensure orders stay on-time in & delivery.• As a guide and supervisor of the production staff, with specific assistance where necessary to ensure excellent and productive craft work. • Perform equipment and facilities inspections on a routine basis so problems can be detected in early stages, take necessary actions to correct them.• Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, QC and Logistics to ensure the coordination across all aspects of production.• Keep an accurate record of production activities, maintaining inventory levels, equipment maintenance and the output for being available to cover whiles on leave.• Prepare reports as needed.• Maintain compliance with relevant safety and quality laws, regulations, and standards establishing best-practice processes for continuous improvement of the production processes

• Perform assembly, testing, and calibration of 3 blood bank refrigeration temperature controllers, 2 blood collection instruments, blood bag weighing instruments, and blood bag and plasma temperature compensation instruments.• Prepare daily production reports.• Troubleshoot issues with 3 blood bank controllers, as well as blood and plasma separations.

• Deploy automated and pneumatic testing workstations, in addition to setting up electro-mechanical panels and conducting panel wiring installations.• Remedy PCB board issues using schematic diagrams to get an accurate guidance to isolate the issue and rectify it.• Assemble 8-10 PCB boards, including SMD, Quad IC, and through hole components.• Maintain maintenance records for all equipment and act on service requests, complaints and alerts in a timely manner, with resolutions that can be escalated no further.• These aspects include assessments of production orders, schedules, delivery timelines, and inventory quantities to determine product availability.• Train and Develop production staff to increase skill & knowledge which will creates the learning and growing environment.

• Prepare estimates and post monthly maximum demand details of substations on websites.• Assist with the implementation of master plans and power cuts.
