Entered Cisco as a Lucent Engineer performing MACs on the Lucent/Avaya G3R. Worked into the position of Telecom Move Team Manager where I managed the Telecom portion of the weekly moves which averaged from 200 - 800 telephony devices. In 1999 Cisco introduced Call Manager on campus and I was tasked with managing the implementation of 20,000 devices across the 50+ building campus. Managed a team of 12 engineers deploying phones, performing changes in both the Lucent phone system and Cisco Call Manager. Quoted throughout the Cisco Press book "The Road To IP Telephony: How Cisco Systems Migrated From PBX to IP Telephony".
